The happenings of this school year thus far

    So far the begining of this school year has been pretty uneventful for me.  It may sound stupid but its completly truthful.  I mean I'm doing soccer and marching band but its just not the same.  With soccer it seams to me that its more challenging because I am playing with new kids and the season is not going how I expected it to be going at this point. Nothing against my teammates but we just don't have that much depth.  Then marching band has just been full of yelling and hard work. I am definatly not against hard work its just all the yelling that is annoying.  I am just hoping that all the work for marching band will pay off on the 25 of september, or at any marching band competition we go to this year.  Band hopefully will improve as long as we have some kids who start to practice and learn their sets and just learn what they need to know.  I mean I don't want anyone to take this the wrong way because I am absolutley ecstatic that this year I can actually do marching band and soccer this year and I know eventually with more work and practice both soccer and marching band will be a success.

       Now for the actual school part of school. Well really I dont have any complaints about the school aspect of school this year.  Sophomore year though is definatley going to be way more challenging in terms of work load than freshman year.  I really don't mind the extra work so far and I know that if I can do all this work while being in so many extracurricular events I should definatley be fine when I go onto college.  One of the best aspects about finally being back at school though is defiantley that I can get to see and hang out with all of my friends.  It may sound lame seeing as how most of you people out there were with your friends all summer, but I'm the kind of person who does sports and maybe hangs out with 1 or 2 people in the summer.  My summers really don't consist of going and hanging out with each and every one of my friends. The main reason I don't do this is because I just have way to many friends and 2 I am just way to lazy in the summer to do this.
